| Estimate |
Please
request the estimate via telephone, fax, e-mail or mail and
send your document to us.
If you have a particular request regarding the translation
style, the delivery method, etc, please let us know when requesting
the estimate.
We will let you know the total service charges and its lead-time
when we get back to you.
You can also use the Automatic Calculation System for Translation
Charges found on this web page.
If you are satisfied with the estimate, please contact us
within a week.
For customers who are using our services for the first time,
we ask that you pay in advance.
(If you need the invoice, please let us know.)
If we do not hear from you more than a week after we delivered
an estimate we will discard your document according to our
confidentiality policy. |

| Translation |
If
there are any technical terms or proper nouns in your document,
we may ask confirmation of these terms to ensure accuracy.
After our translator completes the translation, a proofreader
edits the document for grammatical accuracy and fluency. |

| Delivery |
We
will deliver the translated document, by fax, e-mail or mail.
If you would like the original document back, we will return
it to you with the translation.
If you are not paying in advance we will also send our invoice
together with the translated document.
If you are not entirely happy with your translation, please
let us know and we will rework it at no additional cost. |

| Payment |
As
soon as you receive the invoice, please make a payment by
wire transfer to our bank account.
There is a transfer fee for the wire transfer, for which we
apologize.
For companies or institutions with whom we conduct business
regularly, we accept payment at the end of the month.
All documents are regarded as confidential
and carefully discarded after translation. |
