Our
price is based on the number of the letters or the words of
your original document.
You can count the number of letters and words of your document
by using the word count function of Microsoft Word.
Our standard page length is 600 Japanese letters or 250 English
words.
The translated document will be submitted as a word file or
as a plain text document unless otherwise requested. Specialized
formatting and website translations are also available at
an additional cost.
The minimum fee is $26.70.
The number of pages to be translated is the number of Japanese
letters or English words of your original document, divided
by 600 for Japanese letters or 250 for English words. It is
calculated to the first decimal place.
For example, if there are 850 Japanese letters: |

Method |

Translation fee is paid by the bank transfer. We ask that
new customers pay in advance or sign the translation service
agreement.
• Once the business relationship is established, we
accept the payment after a project’s completion, no
later than by the end of the month.
• For larger or long term projects we may require a
contract or request a deposit. |
